Logging into Anonymous GPS platform
To check the location and status of an object/vehicle/person, simply log in to the mobile app using the email and password sent to you after you sign up.
You may also go directly to our website: https://www/anonymous.co.nz/ and log in to your account.
If you don’t already have the app, go to the Google Playstore (for Android) or iTunes (for iOS) to download it on your mobile device.
Warranty
- All products undergo a stringent Quality Check at factory before packing.
- All products are well packaged before shipping.
- One year warranty is provided for all models. We will bear maintenance cost during warranty period.
Delivery
- Sample and mini order will be delivered within 2-3 working days after the receipt of payment and order confirmation.

Return/Exchange Policy
- Returns or item replacements must be initiated by the customer within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for checking for any product compatibility issues. For questions about the product, you are welcome to email us on support@anonymous.co.nz.
- In returning an item, you must request from us a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before sending back the item. You may contact us on 0800 ANONYMOUS or via email.
- All returns must include the original items and packaging in unused, undamaged and re-saleable condition. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return and we are not responsible for sending back the items to you.
- The customer shall shoulder the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. For free-shipping items, the actual shipping cost occurred will be deducted from the refund.
- Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed ASAP. If the item is found to be defective, we will grant either a full refund or a replacement with no additional cost.
